What we do

When a patient is ready to leave hospital, or a council needs a placement, the slow part is finding out which homes actually have a suitable bed right now. We keep current vacancy information from care homes and supported living providers across England, so your team spends less time ringing round and more time placing.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need: care type, area, and timescale.
2. We check current vacancies with providers in that area.
3. You get a shortlist of settings with availability. Your team assesses and places directly, as normal.

We do not hold patient records. Requests are handled as counts and care types, not case files.
